Dayton Accords: Peace Amid Political Stalemate
It’s been 30 years since the Bosnian war ended with the stroke of a pen in Paris.
It was the culmination of three years of fighting and 21 days of intense peace negotiations on a US air base in Dayton, Ohio.
The presidents of Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia signed the Dayton Peace Accords and established the blueprint for Bosnia-Herzegovina.
